David Sanchez is a talented and innovative lawyer with a charismatic and engaging style of practice that serves his clients in the courtroom and beyond. Born and raised in McAllen by a family of hard-working entrepreneurs, David’s deep roots and business experience help him understand what truly matters to his clients when they need legal representation. In his practice, David zealously represents his clients in complex civil litigation including: business, contract, and property disputes; personal injury and wrongful death; sports and entertainment disputes; deceptive trade practices; unlawful debt collection; and arbitration.

Prior to joining Kittleman Thomas, David clerked for Justice Marialyn Barnard of the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals, researching and drafting opinions covering a broad range of complex legal issues. During his tenure at St. Mary’s University School of Law, David rose to the top of his class, where he was inducted into the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi and invited to join the St. Mary’s Law Journal. In recognition of his relentless work ethic and precision in legal writing, David was elected to lead The Journal as an Articles Editor on the Editorial Board. David’s unique and effective style of advocacy also earned him a spot on St. Mary’s National Mock Trial Team where he successfully faced-off against other rising talents from the most prestigious law schools in the nation.

David is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of Texas.
